Division Managers

Jerome Orr

Laundry Division Manager

Jerome graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in business, and in 1990 joined National Linen as a Flatwork Supervisor. In his seventeen years with National, he became Operations Manager in five locations throughout the country, general manager for one location, and a member of their Regional Operation Training Team, before joining Housekeeping Services in 2007. During his career, he has been directly responsible for processing nearly 400 million pounds of linens, which (he's quick to add) does not include his own personal underwear.

Viridianna Madrigal

Resort Housekeeping Division Manager

Besides having the prettiest name in the Company, Viridianna Madrigal ("Dianna") came to Housekeeping Services in 2006 as a housekeeper. During her time with HKS, Dianna has grown and progressed through rolls as an Inspector, Supervisor, Project Manager, and ultimately Division Manager. Recently, the three properties Dianna manages received three of the top sixteen housekeeping scores in the world for that customer. Her team says she's organized to a fault, stubborn in the defense of doing things correctly, picky and exacting. We just say she's terrific at what she does.

Dana Andis

Residential/Commercial Division Manager

Dana joined Housekeeping Services in March of 2014 after working as the Activities/Conventions Director at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center for thirteen years, followed by five years as the Associate Tennis Professional and Pro Shop Buyer for a premier private club in Kansas City, and a stay in New Braunfels, Texas opening a club for tennis legends Cliff Drysdale and John Newcombe (she's a native Texan). In her time at Palmetto Dunes, Dana was honored by the Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce as "The individual who has made a difference in her community." Unfortunately, she's a huge Texas A&M fan, but we all work hard at not holding that against her.

Lesa Gilchrist

Resort Housekeeping Division Manager

After sixteen years working via a grant for the State of North Carolina with the Crime Commission, Lesa decided that a change was needed. She returned to college, receiving a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. After college, she attended certification courses with the American Hospitality Association, graduating with honors. Armed with those certifications, she dusted off her ambition, polished her resume, and applied for a job with Housekeeping Services. Beginning as a housekeeper, she swept aside her competition to rise to Division Manager within a year of joining the Company.

Xochitl “Gaby” Montesinos

Bluffton Resort Division Manager

Gaby, or as she is fond of saying “Gaby by day, Xochitl by night” is another of our Division Managers who rose through the ranks by being extremely detail oriented and showing wonderful organizational and leadership skills. She now oversees five different resort properties spanning many miles with a wide variety of cleaning requirements and an often hectic and demanding work load. Gaby has a sharp eye for the product she wants to deliver, and an uncanny ability to find the people she needs to fit that vision and deliver that product.
